The Port of Aveiro is carrying out a contract to improve circulation in the port area, which includes the installation of signalling and the repair and paving of some circulation routes and terminals.
This contract, which includes various works, includes the installation of vertical signs at the Liquid Bulk Terminal, the Coastal Fishing Port and the High Sea Fishing Port, the installation of horizontal and vertical signs on the port's circulation routes and the occasional repair of pavements on some circulation routes and inside the terminals.
This work, with a budget of €208,278, aims to improve road safety and traffic conditions in the port area.
Due to the work in progress, there may be some traffic restrictions in the affected areas over the next few days.
The works are expected to be completed by the end of December.
