The Administration of the Port of Aveiro, S.A. has launched a public tender for the private use concession of a land parcel and respective buildings located at the Porto de Pesca do Largo, in the parish of Gafanha da Nazaré, municipality of Ílhavo.

According to the announcement published in the Diário da República, the concession is intended for activities related to the fishing sector or for the storage of cargo received or to be shipped by sea through the Port of Aveiro. Industrial and commercial activities related to these purposes may also be carried out on the premises.

The total area available for concession is 23,619 m². The monthly consideration, after applying the applicable discounts, will be €8,258.33.

The contract to be signed will have a duration of seven years and will not be subject to renewal. The award criterion will be the economically most advantageous proposal under the “Single Factor” modality, with the winning bid being the one offering the highest rent for the concession.

Proposals must be submitted through the ANOGOV platform by 7:00 p.m. on November 10, 2025.
