The Aveiro Port Authority, in partnership with PRIO and Aveiport, a company of the ETE Group, developed in the last three months a pilot project to decarbonise the port equipments.

This is the first phase of a project that will be extended to all motorized equipment operating in the Port of Aveiro and will be implemented during the month of July.

The Port of Aveiro welcomes this initiative as an important step towards the Energy Transition of the Port of Aveiro in order to meet the goals outlined in the European Green Deal and the achievement of Carbon Neutrality.
